Fast delivery but item faulty when received 10 March 2012
The oven seal was received within a couple of days of ordering however when I went to fit it to the oven I found one of the clips was damaged and the hook that fits into the hole in the oven was broken . Rather than go through the hassle of returning the seal I managed to use a clip off my old oven seal which although not an ideal solution appears to have done the job . Having used E spares for various parts before this is the first time I have encountered a problem and on this occasion was slightly disappointed with the item received.
