  We bought a second hand oven and, although clean and in good nick, the seal was perished and stretched and one of the fixings had fallen out completely. One new seal later and the oven is working brilliantly again. Took just minutes to fix and has made a real difference to the temperature both in keeping it constant and consistent throughout the oven.
