  Oven fan blew on Friday morning. Sourced new one from E Spares on Friday afternoon. Watched E Spares video on how to fit Friday evening. Delivered Saturday and fitted Sunday just in time for to cook the roast. Brilliant service- Thanks :-)

  Searched item on website, giving model number, ordered it and received 2 days later. A little awkward to fit but watching the onsite video helped a lot, although some differences due to not exact model shown. Completed ok, working fine now.

  The video was very good, however, it did omit to say that the cooker back plate incorporated a form of tab lock to retain the motor. The method of locking was quickly noticed and removed. The motor was then easy to fit and worked correctly. The packaging: the internal container was a good twin wall container and the external fibreboard container was acceptable albeit too big. There was no internal packing to prevent the motor movement in the inner container and the inner container in the outer container. This allowed excess movement resulting in bent terminals that I had to straighten carefully without breaking. I am sure the packaging was designed to have internal packing and was an error by the packer which almost ruined a good product and hence should be reviewed before you have more in transit damage to the spare parts.

  Exactly as described & arrived quickly. The motor was well packaged and easy to fit using the espares YouTube fitting video. Would recommend and will use espares again if I need another part.
