  Bad Purchase 09 January 2018

  The items were easily fitted and the drawer now runs very freely. However I was shocked to find later that I could have purchased the same item for LESS THAN HALF OF YOUR PRICE. I have bought items from you before but I will now be more cautious!

  Dishwasher lower basket wheel kit 16 June 2012

  Quality as originally fitted to machine. Basic plastic mouldings of mediocre quality, but that is the manufacturers fault, not the suppliers (I hope). A case of charging more for their spare parts a la motor industry.... Probably only cost pence to produce but charged pounds plus!! for 8 plastic wheel mouldings.

  wheels great service poor 08 October 2010

  only 7 wheels arrived. My husband fitted them and threw away the old broken ones. Now espares tell me I have to remove them all and send them back to get the eighth wheel! Apalling customer service. All they can say is that it is elecrolux's fault not theirs BUT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. They took my money.
