Did not expect delivery before Christmas, but it arrived. Fitted perfectly, with ease and minimum fuss. I was able to do it myself. Thank you very much, could see my turkey cooking in the oven!!!!!

Who would have thought that buying a replacement oven bulb would be the best customer experience ever?!? I ordered a replacement bulb for my Zanussi oven following the specification listed in the manufacturer's manual. Surprise! Surprise! The specification in the manual was wrong, so I initially received the wrong bulb. I let e-spares know and returning the item couldn't have been easier. I also received a follow up e-mail offering help to find the right bulb. I took up the offer of additional help, received easy to follow instructions on how to find out and specify the appropriate bulb, and within a week received the right one in the post. (In fact, I was so pleased I ordered two bulbs just in case!) A-star service for small cost item. I would definitely recommend e-spares to anyone who needs anything in their stocks. Thanks to the whole sales and service team.

The product I purchased was well priced and it arrived well within my expected time frame. No complaints whatsoever and will definitely use your service again in the future and recommend you to others. Just one small point - the packaging it arrived in was excessive to say the least in that it was in a cardboard box big enough to fit 10-15 such items in. Maybe something you want to look at for the future.
