  Excellent service for spare parts that are hard to find elsewhere. Only downside is the price, they are priced individually instead of a set of 4, price seems a little steep for a small piece of plastic. However, much cheaper than calling in a repair man, who would charge you much more for exactly the same item. Have used e spares before, and would use them again!!

  Zanussi Dishwasher spares 05 January 2012

  These items were purchased to replace worn out wheels (affected by the hot water/detergent used by dishwasher) on a Zanussi dishwasher top basket. For what they are they are very expensive (probably only cost a few pence to manufacture but worked out at over four pounds each even with a discount from espares), but as usual if you do not replace them the basket will fall off its runners, so you have to except the high cost. What I did notice was that there are 8 wheels in total fitted to the top basket but only 4 are required. The other 4 are only required if you want to alter the height of top basket, which is something we have never done. When I buy my next dishwasher I will remove the 4 which are not required and keep them for spares. I could not fault espares service.

  The products were an exact replacement for the original parts and seemed well made. Fitting was straightforward and the basket then worked as it should. Hopefully they will last longer than the originals. Value for money is another matter. For what they are they seemed hopelessly overpriced.

  They have made my dishwasher operate like new, no more having to lift the trays to slide back into machine. Thought they were perhaps a bit expensive for what they were but they are genuine parts.

  Just the right fitting for my dishwasher but very disappointed that the manufacturers do not make this part stronger the old one I took out had literally disintegrated from the heat and soap and only really lasted months rather than years
