  Very happy with prompt arrival of product. Like many others all I needed was the filter cylinder bit, but had to have the whole item. This made it more expensive than it need to have been. Bosch should consider making just the cylinder available.

  bundle not required 19 November 2018

  Unfortunately I needed just a filter which has fallen to pieces but had to buy a 4-part bundle which is obviously a waste of money. The metal grill didn't fit anyway. This is no reflection on e-spares as their service was up to usual excellent standard.

  Bosch Classix Filter Replacement 10 October 2017

  Fitted perfectly, better than the original in fact and has prompted a full clean of the machine before running it with a full load. The only disappointment is the manufacturer supplying a full internal filter, a filter plate and the micro filter needed. It is a shame that the micro filter was not available on its own. Not the fault of Espares though. The service and delivery was spot on, well packed and delivered to the minute against the ETA

  Two cautions; micro filter & S/steel plate 21 September 2017

  What a rip off from Bosch. Only the micro filter required but had to buy the complete set-up. There are similar comments about this. An opportunity for someone to manufacture 'a-same-as' part. Secondly, the S/steel plate on my machine is twice the size of the replacement part. So if it was required it would have been useless. Fortunately, it was not required & went straight in the recycling - along with the rest of the parts - except the micro filter!! Frustrating. Bring on 3D printing!!!!

  Quality issues 22 June 2017

  The service from e-spares is top class. Reason for only three stars is the replacement outer filter has now been downgraded from stainless steel to nylon mesh. Time will tell if this is as good as the original factory fitted filter. Disappointing for the price.

  Just to get the outside fine filter I had to buy all the other parts which was extremely wasteful and uneconomic.

  High rating for Espares, low rating for Neff (Bosch) 25 April 2016

  As usual, excellent service from Espares. Needed to phone to be certain that the replacement dishwasher filter was compatible with my Neff machine. Soon reassured that it was and it is. BUT, all I needed was the microfilted bit but had to buy the whole filter at around £35! Not only is this a rip-off but environmentally irresponsible as the rest of the filter is not needed and will have to be thrown away. The manufacturer need to be taken to task over this.

  Good replacement part 12 February 2016

  Part was replaced by espares with the correct information as to the part needed. The only drawback was that I had to buy the whole thing but only needed a small part of it. That's not the fault of espares though.

  only needed the plastic micro filter 07 January 2014

  I only needed the plastic micro filter, and the metal filter is wrong size for my unit, so it has turned into an expensive product but still cheaper than replacing the whole dishwasher. So overall I cant complain!
