  Does what is required 23 April 2013

  It is difficult to get excited about a fridge door shelf but they do mean you can easily store and access lots of sauces, pots and potions - as well as the milk. I had to buy this as a replacement for one that broke so unsure about the quality. The plastic is quite stiff and needs to be pushed into place. Time will tell if this one will last longer.

  Design very good 06 March 2012

  Although the design of this shelf is very good, I had difficulty in pushing the shelf in place. Unfortunately it fell out and dropped on the floor and broke two lugs off from the underside. It was however useable, but I wished it had been made out of a more durable material. Is like glass when it breaks.

  I ordered the wrong part at first, but when I contacted customer services it was soon rectified, in terms of new product sent and my account credited and debited for new part. Replacement came very quickly. If only I had phoned them first with the part number I required I would have saved all that postage.
