  Genuine replacement parts 30 April 2017

  These are genuine Flymo parts rather than cheaper parts available elsewhere. I really do not know whether that matters. For peace of mind I bought original parts which do the job. If you have forgotten how to change the parts, find a video online. It's easy but perhaps not obvious.

  As expected! 24 June 2015

  Blades are the only ones to fit my lawnmower and are difficult to come by in shops - oddly! These ones are fine - do the job, easy to fit and good quality. For the record the delivery was excellent - speedy and well packaged.

  Best price I could find for these Flymo plastic blade's, with a long life for grass cutting, best results if the grass is not to high.

  Almost a 5 19 September 2014

  I found these blades very easy to fit, and of good quality and performance. My reason for not giving a 5 was that I found one blade came off easily after hitting a small object (piece of branch about 3/4 inch diameter). Mainly my fault for not spotting it first. Otherwise, very pleased, shall buy again and recommend to others.

  Plastic blades to cut grass 27 July 2012

  Plastic seems an odd choice of material for a blade to cut grass, but they do in fact work quite well, and are probably a bit less likely to slice off one of your toes or cut through the power cord than metal ones would be. Also if they did cut the cord there would be no electrical disaster, since plastic is an insulator. They do wear out quite quickly though, and must be replaced rather than sharpened when they become blunt or nicked. They are particularly vulnerable to stones or other hard objects in the grass. The replacements supplied by eSpares are pretty well indistinguishable from the original ones supplied with the mower, sharing all their merits and shortcomings. The price seems high for such unimpressive-looking items, but is much the same wherever you buy them, and eSpare's delivery service is fast and efficient. There's really no point in looking any further than here.

  Quick Delivery 15 August 2011

  I was pleased to receive the items so quickly. However i was surprised at the packaging. I used to get the blades in a small bag which I feel was sufficient enough for six blades. Wonder why the packaging was changed?
