  This really does what its meant to do 25 August 2011

  This item is very good it really does what its meant to do, so easy to use and excellent for the small jobs, this one is only 15mts long, but with a bit of thought and using different entry points it can clear much more. It would be brilliant if you could extend it.

  Brilliant job done. 29 June 2011

  I ordered this 28/6 and paid for next day delivery. It arrived just before lunch 29/6 so I got to work about 2.00pm. No problem in set up but I knew about the coil effect so laid it out on lawn after "unkinking" it. The warmth of the sun helped to stop it springing back and before long I was feeding the hose into the blocked drain. The hose moved down the drain easily with a little help by wiggling and shaking. It soon hit an obstruction and I was amazed to see a huge torpedo of a white mass moving down to the main drain. It was so big it hit the "T" junction with the drain and lodged there. I blasted it with my dirt blaster lance just to prevent a blockage in the main drain. This was followed by all sorts of junk in a mass of black water. There were lots of additional white blobs which came loose as I worked the hose up and down the drain. I'm so sad that I'm going to look for more drains to clear tomorrow! Oh yes, brilliant service when I phoned in for a little bit of advice.

  Excellent product 09 June 2011

  I'm first time user of this kind of product. Works well with my pressure washer. It could negotiate tight bends well. Be careful with it. It got struct in the drain when I used for the very first time and could not pull it out. Fortunately I had metal wire drain cleaner, got them both twisted together and was able to pull them out. It would be better if it has forward &/ sideway rotating jets along with current backward jets.

  The Karcher Drain Kit worked like a dream, all I had to do was to attach it to the handle and we were off. It cleared my drain in a matter of seconds with very little mess. It worked so well that I cleaned all the drains around the house. Simple and easy to use, It's such a good product-well worth the investment!!

  The Karcher drain cleaning kit isn't cheap - it costs as much as their pressure washer, but what a brilliant way to clean drains! As a householder I've used traditional rods all my life and for the past 20 years have struggled with an annual poke-through to clean tree roots and accumulated effluence from a system that doesn't have enough fall to keep itself in good condition. I've always worried about the rod joints unscrewing themselves in the pipe, but the Karcher kit can't do that as the pipe is continuous. The really clever bit is the way it drags itself up the drain by the reaction of the jets on the back of the conical nozzle, scouring the pipe walls as it goes. And it even comes out clean!

  Karcher Drain Cleaning Attachment (15m) 09 February 2011

  Having tried Drain Rods to no avail, I opted to buy the Karcher Drain Cleaning Kit. Once I had unravelled the full length of the hose (Because it obviously arrives tightly coiled, on the first use it does have a nasty habit of tying itself in knots) and fed the nozzle it into the drain it did the job. Whatever it was that was blocking the drain was no match for the immense pressure generated by this hose. I would definitely recommend this kit.
