  A very good purchase 12 May 2016

  We only recently purchased the Mr Henry vacuum and are delighted with it. However the Hose End Cuff had a seam up the middle and after about a month this split. Given that I did not think a replacement would be expensive I opted to purchase (2) from you rather than go thru the rigmarole of claiming under guarantee. I note that your replacements do not have said seam and I assume that the part has been redesigned possibly because my purchase was of an earlier design which may have been causing problems, so it may have been in the retailer's stock for a while. Anyway we are well pleased with your replacements and will definitely contact you for any future spares needs for whatever. Thanks

  Slightly shorter then original fitting but apart from that no problems at all. In fact I only had to fit/replace the broken nozzle as the two other pieces were still in excellent condition. And as always, Order was delivered well packaged and a quick delivery too.

  Easy Repair 10 January 2016

  This bit, which connects the hose to the cleaner bears all the weight of the hose and end attachment, is not particularly robust so it eventually splits (ours lasted 2 years) and then the hose keeps falling off. The good news is its a doddle to replace, inexpensive and with efficient service from E Spares so no big deal.
