  Refrigerator Door Handle 27 July 2014

  This was exact replacement item. Inherent fault with design. Suction and force needed to open door due to seal will weaken structure around the holes used for screw fastening. Could do a lot better with design for an otherwise a reasonable freezer.

  Good service - rubbish handle 20 August 2013

  This is the third handle I have had to fit because the others broke after normal use. Appears a Hotpoint fault. No complaint with this company - supplied the correct handle - delivered within three days. I would use them again if required ( and I am expecting to ! )

  Great service, shame about the design quality 26 March 2011

  the service from espares is excellent. This part however is a very poor design, this is the second time we have had to replace it, the last one only lasted 15 months, so it is quite an expensive consumable. Fitting takes less than 5 minutes.

  poor design 30 April 2010

  The handles are a poor design.we have also had to replace this handle 7 times in the 5 years since we bought the fridge new. We have also replaced the salad baskets twice.

  The fixing area's of this handle are still hollow so it will more than lightly break again
