  This took 3 months to arrive and we then struggled to find an alan key to undo the existing handle and fit the new one. Finally got there!

  Prompt and Efficient 13 November 2015

  Preferred placing order by phone via a real human being! He was helpful, re assuring, courteous and efficient. Product arrived when and as promised and was easy to fit. Although the price was the best I found available I still think it was rather expensive for a door handle. I have no hesitation in recommending 'e spares', they are excellent.

  Exactly the right part, but very poor design 25 March 2015

  Using the espares site made choosing the correct part very easy, but I'm sorry to say that the part itself is of very poor design. Over the life of this appliance I've had to replace the handle three times. Each time it has failed for the same reason which is cracking either side of the fitting screw holes.

  Good efficient service to replace fridge door handle. Remember to keep the screws from the broken handle as the replacement does not come with them.

  Only criticism is that handle comes alone. No screws which is fine if old broken handle still available. I had to dig through my jar of spares to find suitable screws. Otherwise. good quality and well pachkaged for delivery

  Hotpoint Refrigerator Door Handle 30 September 2011

  Old one 'came off in my hand'; looks to be a common problem judging by previous reviews. Immediately ordered a new one from eSpares, arrived in just under a week. Easy to fit although Hotpoint use Tork screws. You need the right bit.

  fridge door handle - essential kit ! 23 November 2010

  The handle was fine, an exact replacement for the original one and was delivered quickly. It needed a special tool to attach it, like a cross between a philips screwdriver and an allen key, which was not supplied. Luckily we have a friend who is a kitchen fitter and had one in his van.
