poor quality Hotpoint really need to get there act together. This is the 4th handle I have had to buy for my 5year old fridge. They are made with a inherent defect and easily break. it has put me off ever buying any other Hotpoint product. That said I cannot fault Espares for there delivery and customer service D M wall

This the second handle for this fridge. It clearly is a design fault or poor material. However it came within 24 hours, even here with no flying!

Found this item when shopping for a replacement heating element for my cooker. Loads cheaper than through Hotpoint direct and is an authentic spare part. Item wasn't in stock when originally found but I received an email advising of availability and once ordered delivery was quick. One point - could have done with spare screws.

Old one 'came off in my hand'; looks to be a common problem judging by previous reviews. Immediately ordered a new one from eSpares, arrived in just under a week. Easy to fit although Hotpoint use Tork screws. You need the right bit.

the service from espares is excellent. This part however is a very poor design, this is the second time we have had to replace it, the last one only lasted 15 months, so it is quite an expensive consumable. Fitting takes less than 5 minutes.

Good service - rubbish handle 20 August 2013
This is the third handle I have had to fit because the others broke after normal use. Appears a Hotpoint fault. No complaint with this company - supplied the correct handle - delivered within three days. I would use them again if required ( and I am expecting to ! )
