This was a difficult part to identify and find, but the lady who answered the phone to me was spot on - and quite quickly. Very good overall customer service and delivery. The part was a bit pricey though!

No oven no lasagne 24 June 2018
I have purchased an element for my oven before and the cheaper one lasted approx 2 years. I have just purchased a dearer one fingers crossed! If this one lasts longer then quality score will improve. The time taken to deliver was amazing Needed a working oven for my daughter as i was going on holiday the next day turned up the next morning fitted in 20 mins result

Oven fixed in time for Xmas 15 December 2015

Another successful purchase 31 January 2013
My main oven element went off, I referred to the manufacturers brochure for the Model reference numbers which gave me some of the details then referred me to their website which came up with seven full screens of the series number, at which time I just gave up, rang e spares was answered promptly gave the operator the numbers I had, from this she identified the item asked for my confirmation, took payment and the item was delivered next day as promised, I was informed of the progress of the delivery a predicted time window which was spot on. Item arrived well packed but easy to open. Replacement item identical in looks fitted easily the whole job was done in under an hour. No waiting for repairmen and no call out charges.

Product was a fair price and, to date, has worked without issue. Delivery was fast enough but the order took several days to process - not ideal when you're living without an oven! Fitting wasn't nearly as easy as I'd hoped, but that was due to the oven as opposed to the part.

Website showed a OEM element and a pattern part but was only recommended the OEM at 3x price when e-mailed for confirmation. Fitting video was helpful but replacement was easy anyway. P & P I felt was expensive too.
