  Not built to last 08 May 2021

  Having ordered this in 2019 to replace a blown element which had served us well the previous 4 years+ (came with the house - unsure if previous owner had replaced it already), it was fine until yesterday when it blew too. At least this time it didn't trip the power! Less than two years of service, not great. Expected better of this being the "genuine" item. Oven in question is the AKZ451/IX/01.

  Another element 12 January 2018

  just got another element works well.Just hope this one last longer than the 2 1/2 year the last one I got from here ?

  Dissappointed in delivery time taken! 20 September 2010

  Spare Part no problems. However disappointed at time taken to receive part. On enquiring why the part had not turned up (in stock at the time of ordering)was told delay was due to bank holiday. 1 day would be acceptable but not the three days taken.
