  Absolutely delighted that the element was exactly what we needed to fix our cooker quickly and easily. Am hopeless at DIY, but found the product with ease on the site, it was in perfect condition and I fitted it myself within minutes. Would use company again.

  Thanks to the wonders of the internet, I quickly worked out that my oven was losing heat due to a blown heating element. The replacement from e-spares arrived very quickly and with clear online instructions for replacement. I marked the ease of fitting down a star due to my own 'over-enthusiasm', when I pulled the damaged element a little too quickly and had to remove the back of the oven to retrieve the wires. Even so, the whole process took me no more than 20 minutes and my oven now works better than ever.

  Product as described. The video tells you exactly what to do, although different oven used in video clip, still the same principal applies. Excellent service, communications and delivery, even with the snow we had. Price of the element slightly more than else where, but, in all fairness, if you find it cheaper, Espares refunds the difference. I used them as i located the product i needed for the oven i have much easier than any where else!

  Took longer to log on and write review than to change the element-FAB 21 December 2010

  I am so delighted! WHirlpool where going to charge £200 for a service plan and said I needed an electician. After some research on tinterweb I found epares AND to go with it the tutorial! How marvelous! Instead of £200 it cost me £33. Took about 20 minutes to change. So easy to change, I watched tutorial and its as easy as changing a plug, you don't need an electician, or a man as I am neither. I recieved an email from espares saying there may be a delay in postage due to weather, it was one day late and I can't complain at that. Sat on my kitchen floor watching my cooker heat up just in time for Christmas, mince pies and sausage rolls here we come. Thank you espares, you are fantastic, I will be using your service again.
