Great value replacement item 10 February 2011
Bought this to replace a broken spring on my Neff dishwasher - was relieved to find it as I was expecting to have to buy a whole new dispenser unit. I only needed the spring but it was good to know that the other bits were included as well. It's a shame that there were no instructions but it only took about 30 seconds to work out how to fit it, and another 30 seconds to actually fit it. Overall: excellent value.

Simple fix that saves money 02 February 2011
A bit difficult to locate on the website, but arrived, quickly and easy to fit. The kit has 3 parts, spring, blue spindle and washer. I only needed the spring and it took my DIY shy son, 5 minutes to fit. The other parts were superfluous, but at less than £5, it wasnt a big deal.

Very easy to find the part we needed and it was despatched VERY quickly despite the heavy snow. It was really easy to fit using the online instructions for guidance. We had our dishwasher fixed in time for Christmas!!! I would be very happy to use this company again and would highly recommend to others.

The spring on my dishwasher broke and I was advised it would cost in the region of £80 for a new dispenser compartment. I was resigned to throwing the tablet into the bottom of the machine and not using a programme with a pre-rinse. Then I found E-spares, ordered the spring and with the assistance of the video (as my old spring had broken it wasn't obvious how it fitted together again)in a very short time my dishwasher was fully operational.
