Simple repair 28 March 2019
Found it was just the spring broken, removed top cover allocated one end of new spring to it, held at 45 degrees and located other end of spring and snapped cover back in place, job done.

Expensive Piece of Wire but Fantastic Service! 15 January 2018
Excellent quality but a pity you have to buy the spring AND the tripping arm, when you probably only need the spring! It makes it an expensive piece of wire! However the service was superb, ordered about 8.45pm and it was delivered by 11.0 am next day.

Genuine part easy to replace kink in spring goes where the lip in the compartment is, clip straight leg onto lid first then pop onto compartment fixing and clip door over the runners and check the operation. Look on YouTube plentry of videos. Seems expensive but saves a call out and easy to do.

Great service, helpful video 12 January 2021
The little video was really helpful and install was completed with ease. Other users might want to order the door to as the peg was brittle and broke when I took the old spring off. It is installed but I think what remains of the peg will not last. I’ve ordered one of those from espares as well. ;-)
