  More than I needed 27 January 2021

  Only the actual spring was broken, so the other two items are stored for later use. Easy to fit and a fraction of the cost of a new dishwasher. Happy wife!

  Did not come with any fitting instructions - just as well there was an e spares You Tube video. A note in the pack to that effect would have been handy.

  It worked 24 November 2016

  The sliding lid of the tab dispenser on our 14 year old Bosch dishwasher has been frequently jumping out of its rails during the wash cycle. Replacing the spring seems to have fixed the problem, though won't know for sure for a week or more.

  Just what was needed 22 February 2016

  My lever had snapped off from the shaft so this kit was exactly what was needed. However, the on-line video helped but finer and critical details were fudged. Having watched the video, taking the whole dispenser out was easier than expected but removing the blue plastic shaft of the tripping device was a real pain. This aspect of the repair was not well covered in the video. One has to ease apart four retaining spikes which trap the end of the blue shaft in place. I managed to break off one of them but hopefully the remaining three will still hold. One gets the impression that the shaft would come out with a pull but it doesn't. Most of the broken bits of the old device had been caught in the machine's filter so I had little idea which way round the spring went either - again, the video might helped a bit more than it did. Anyway, it all works now and cheaper than having to replace the entire dispenser.

  Simple replacement 12 September 2014

  It was only the spring that needed replacing, but it is good to have the tipping device as a backup, should we need it in the future. Installation of the replacement spring was relatively simple and the cover slides into the closed position smoothly. So far the release in order to dispense the dishwasher tablet is also working well.

  Great quality but I only needed part of what was supplied. 10 May 2014

  I only really needed the spring so the rest of the parts are surplus to requirements. Items arrived quickly and spring was easy to fit, but was not particularly cheap, especially with the standard tariff p&pkg charge. Why do you have to buy all the items included with this item if you only really need the spring ?

  Be careful dismantling 27 December 2013

  I only had a broken spring. But on removing the spring from around the small lug on the soap dispenser cover, the lug snapped. So replacing the spring at a relatively small cost, suddenly went up five fold. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake.
