  Food processor lid 26 January 2009

  This arrived, extremely well packaged and within a week of ordering it. As I can't use the food processor without a lid, it is vital - otherwise I would have had to go out and buy a new one!

  Almost exactly right. 24 January 2009

  This food processor lid is the exact replacement for the mixer. It fits perfectly. Unfortunately the lid does not come with the accompanying plunger/measuring cup part which sits inside the lid to form a complete covering over the food processor. The original plunger part which I still have does not slide the full way down inside the replacement lid. This could be because mine has been warped over time through dishwasher use. Not sure. Might be worth trying to source a new plunger when buying this lid.

  Simple, Slick Solution 03 November 2008

  Living in a throw-away society is not where I want to be. And nor do thousands of other people at a time when we are concerned about recycling, the environment, and getting good value for money. eSpares provide a simple, slick service for household goods, allowing all but the most obscure spares to be sourced over the internet, and delivered to your door a few hours later! My recent experience, concerning a replacement lid for a food processor bowl, proved the point to perfection. A lid-less food processor is a useless item, but for not much more than £5 I had sourced the exact replacement part on eSpares web site within minutes, and received the item by post within 48 hours. It fitted perfectly. Within a day or two of that, the family were tucking into home-made bread, cakes and biscuits again! Thanks eSpares for giving us value, and enhancing the value of broken or worn items which still have life left in them.
