  Dropped my old lid on the floor and of course the safety catch snapped off, was very upset and thought I would have to purchase a new food processor. Entered my food processor make and model on the computer and found a replacement lid on espares, wasn't sure if it would be the same quality as the old one but it is exactly the same, I am very pleased with my purchase,

  Saved a fortune! 07 June 2011

  When I broke the lid of my food processor I thought that was it, I'd have to get rid of it and buy a new one. I put it off for ages and then wondered if i could get a replacement so i 'googled' it found espares and they sent me a new one..simples! As i live in Crete i was doubly grateful that they sent it here.It arrived quickly and well packed...Thankyou

  I was so upset when my food processor lid broke. I thought i would have to throw out a perfectly good mixer. my friend suggested i got in touch with the manufacturer which i did. A very helpful gentleman assisted me over the telephone , i was sent a new lid which fitted perfectly. My daughter was not pleased because i put the one she bought me in the shed

  I have had this product bosch food processor for some good number years now, its has never had any faults, the lid was accidently damaged through my own fault. I am glad to hear that bosch provide parts to ensure customers can replace parts rather than having to purchase a whole new porduct.
