  Sales department quickly found the item I needed, dispatched quickly, and it fitted the fridge perfectly, seems to be the same material of the original tray, which had cracked after many years of constant use, so not unreasonable, hope this one lasts as long. Ty.

  5 stars for e-spares. Not many stars for the quality of design and manufacture by AEG! The plastic lugs on this genuine product are thin and brittle so break very easily hence so many folk source this product! Might be a good idea to spray the lug area with silicone spray when sliding in which dramatically reduces resistance. (Before you throw the broken tray away retain the metal retainer bar as the replacement is just the plastic tray).

  Just what we wanted 25 June 2012

  It was what it said "on the tin". What more is there to review in a piece of moulded plastic. The secret is in the word "mould". All these things requires a good Engineer in the first instance. Good engineer, Good mould.

  Fridge bottle shelf is of excellent quality, but this model has a metal bar that was missing. Not essential but very useful for taller bottles. Delivery was prompt and the whole purchase was simple. Thank you and i will recommend a friend.
