  next day delivery, telephone sales at espares advised where to find product model number then confirmed replacement part required which was delivered the next day and fitted with ease. Would definitely use again (I have saved the magnetic strip with espares contact details).

  5 stars for e-spares. Not many stars for the quality of design and manufacture by AEG! The plastic lugs on this genuine product are thin and brittle so break very easily hence so many folk source this product! Might be a good idea to spray the lug area with silicone spray when sliding in which dramatically reduces resistance. (Before you throw the broken tray away retain the metal retainer bar as the replacement is just the plastic tray).

  Mixed feelings 09 October 2012

  The bottle shelf that came with the fridge lasted for several years before the lug that holds it onto the door broke off. The first replacement from espares lasted a year or so before it broke in the same place. The third one lasted a fortnight which was very disappointing. Espares kindly replaced it though FOC. Nul points for AEG then but a good reflection on Espares.

  It was what it said "on the tin". What more is there to review in a piece of moulded plastic. The secret is in the word "mould". All these things requires a good Engineer in the first instance. Good engineer, Good mould.

  Fridge Like New 01 May 2012

  Found this on the website, couldn't see my model fridge listed but looked like the exact same part so took the risk... kept the metal bar for the new part and the risk paid off... makes the fridge look like new again and more importantly the milk and water stays put!

  Quick and Easy 02 January 2012

  Quick and easy to fit back on the inside of our fridge door and exact same plastic as the original. I kept the metal bar and divider off the old shelf to use on this one as a new one doesn't come with it.
