  Sales department quickly found the item I needed, dispatched quickly, and it fitted the fridge perfectly, seems to be the same material of the original tray, which had cracked after many years of constant use, so not unreasonable, hope this one lasts as long. Ty.

  Overdue improvement in product 23 January 2015

  This is the third replacement bottle shelf I have bought from eSpares - and the first that fits well! The previous examples fitted very tightly into their slots causing strain on the lugs holding the shelf in place. My most recent shelf lasted 10.5 months before the lugs sheared. Hopefully AEG will continue with this improved example - my rating are based on the latest one and most emphatically not on the previous examples.
