  I ordered a glass crisper shelf for my fridge,and espares were excellent in every aspect.I was informed of dispatch and the item was trackable all the way.Unfortunately,when it arrived,it was in a hundred pieces thanks to the heavy handed courier!!!Not a problem,no questions asked,espares dispatched another straight away which arrived in one piece 2 days later.Cant ask for any more,superb.
