  Delivery was very promt,product was exactly what I expected!It was a cinch to instal and the video on the site for installation was spot on.I thought the price was a bit steep for a spare hose,compared to the price paid for pressure washers and all the accessories included.

  When I purchased the pressure washer a year ago I was very pleased with its performance and at that time I would have rated quality ***** and value the same. However, when I used it one year later for the second time, the high pressure hose started leaking and I discovered that the internal connection widget connecting the gun to the high pressure hose and snapped. It could not be repaired so I had to replace the complete hose incorporating the widget. the relacement spare looks strong and appears well made. Only time will tell if the quality and value is any good.

  The replaceable 6metre high pressure hose was just the job to enable me to get round the car without having to continually resite my Karcher machine. The magnification feature on the website was ideal for confirming the correct fitments.

  Unfortunatley, espares sent me the wrong package at first. However, when I contacted them they sent the correct hose straight away and I was amazed to recieve it the next day. Despite the small issue at the start, great work!
