  Reasonably easy to fit, once fan shroud and fan removed. A spring loaded jockey wheel may have been better. Price of part and postage quite steep, small part very large box??

  Has no one heard of ball bearings! 19 September 2013

  E Spares great as always. This is the second one of these I've replaced along with the shaft bearing on the drum. Fairly straight forward to install once you've worked out the various other parts that have to be taken off to allow access. The design of the part is poor and I wonder if Hotpoint have heard of ball bearings?

  Good product. 28 August 2012

  I was glad I could buy this product as I had tried quite a few other suppliers with no success. Fitting was reasonably easy but I would think that a complete amateur would have trouble. The postage and delivery were a farce as I paid for next day delivery, it actually arrived two days late after I spent a day waiting in.
