        POOR DESIGN 12 January 2014

        Replaced jockey wheel unit 12 months ago,unit has just failed again it seems to be an inherrent fault as wheel is plastic with a metal shim insert and with the amount of tension from the belt causes the plastic wheel to distort and guide becomes oval. When this happens the belt keeps slipping of the guide and drum fails to turn. I have not found an alternative part to do this job so stuck with it until it becomes not cost effective to repair .
