  Hi I rang your company because i was concened that the unit number that I required included a UK at the end and the web display did not. I was assured that the unit I ordered was the same. However, on receipt the unit pulley wheel was smaller than required. I needed to fit it as my wife needed the dryer and I was going away so I built up the pulley with tape. The unit is working but is abit of a bodge! Otherwise, the servis has been prompt and the follow up, so far, brilliant. hope this helps Cheers Vince
