  Our oven is getting on a bit but the ability to order spares for it is a great way to keep it going. The lamp assembly was a great fit, although in the end I got someone to fit it as I wasn't confident messing around in the oven's innards.

  Swift delivery & good advice to ensure correct part 21 August 2016

  Assembly fits my Bosch oven. However, as only the ceramic part was cracked, it was easier to replace just the ceramic part and leave the rest of the old one in-situ. Pleased.

  Item arrived in very quick time. I've given 5* for ease of fitting because it is easy ONCE the old one is out. The replacement is slightly different form original in the way the spring clips operate, but it is a push in fit. I ended up butchering the old housing to get it out. There was a problem re-attaching a small fitting with two wires, held to the housing with a small nut & lockwasher, you need a suitable socket and another person to assist with a torch or inspection light. Gave up trying to fit the lockwasher but made sure it was very securely tightened. If Neff were more generous with the length of wires onto the housing it would have helped. Probably saved around £40 in labour costs but wouldn't like to do it again.

  Again I have had good service and dealings with e spares good price quick delivery even over the bank holiday easter weekend the ease of fitting I put 2 bars as it was a bit difficult but not e pares fault but Neffs design.

  Goods arrived on time. As one review stated had to bend tabs down, and the connectors were hard to dismantle. It would be advantageous if removal instructions were attached. Other than that good buy
