  This product is good value however unlike my original SKY controller it does not control the volume or standby on my Digital TV which is rather annoying as I have to go back to using two controllers.

  The buttons on my old Sky+ Remote Control didn't work properly and it is a pleasure to now have a remote control that works. All I had to do was put the batteries in and it worked perfectly. Great buy.

  EASE OF FITTING...Unit fails to: 1)Alter sound. 2)Mute sound. 3)Action standby for TV/Sky Box. This is quite a common fault and a code is required for re-programming new remote and instructions can be obtained from Sky. It would help if customers were warned on receipt of new unit.
