  I bought this item to replace an old, rather worn out version. It was difficult to get a response from some of the buttons on our old remote control, even with new batteries. Immediate response is given with just a gentle touch on the buttons with this new replacement remote control.

  The remote was delivered on time. We installed some batteries and used the instruction that we downloaded from the sky web site, and all is working well. We also have the volume working with the sky remote. The produce in well made, its identical to the sky remote that came with the sky plus box. Would certainly purchase again.

  Sky+ Remote purchased to replace my old one. Once set up it works to control both TV and Sky+ Box. Not much more to be said.

  This remote works great now but when I received it I didn't have a clue which code to put in to make it work, so I checked on the Internet and just pressed lots of numbers in and now its working fine.

  The new Sky+ remote works well and is good value. May I suggest you include some simple instructions to tune the new remote to SKY. I called Sky and they gave me, in a remote text exchange,the simple steps to tune the new remote to Sky+. Suggest you include a slip of paper with these instructions for Sky users
