  the quality of the replacement hose was excellent and it seemed to have a better pressure control against the original unit supplied. One has to take into considerion that the original unit was about five years old and may have lost some of its power but I am very happy with the new one

  The hose is better than original. The steam more controlable. The fittings fit together on to it more precisley, and I can even close the steam off, which I couldn't do on the original handle. Delivery was gold star rating. No fault with espares at all. BRILL!!!!!
