  I had to modify this item before I could use it ,when it was manufactured the moulding process left behind excess plastic that I had to sand away,before it could be fitted .

  Pressure washer outlet cover. 16 July 2012

  This is the first time I have stripped down a p.w. due to abad leak from one or more Themoset plastic fitting. In the case of this fitting I found that the "assembly joint" is of poor design. When I fit the new one there was still a leak but mnot as great. Fitting was straight forward.

  the replacement took a good deal of reaming out to make it fit and that was after numerous e mails and a phone call. Got there eventually though

  Pressure Washer Outlet Connection/cover 07 May 2010

  I regard Karcher pressure washers as one of the best on the market. However, I don't expect to renew the same component twice in the space of approximately two years. The above component was defective in exactly the same area ( hairline crack inside the elbow joint ) on both occasions, which leads me to think that there could be a design fault within the component itself. The Pressure Washer is drained as much as possible after use, and it is stored in an outside shed throughout the year.

  Sort of got it right 26 March 2009

  The part (2nd try) when fitted leaked from the top where it joined the machine there was no sign of washer or seal so must assume the part is not quite right
