  The service from e spares was extremely efficient, the part arriving within 48 hrs of order placement. My son fitted it with no problem but then your e-mail instuctions followed, had we encountered any problems. An excellent service. thank you very much.

  karcher hose 10 July 2009

  is a good product the only problem i have is that this is the 2nd replacement hose in 6 years , it seems to split after a few years which is a problem for me hopefulllly this one will be better

  Excellent Service 13 May 2009

  As expected the service received from espares, when I requested a replacement of a high pressure hose for my Karcher 520, was second to none. The hose was delivered within three days from ordering and arrived in excellent condition. My only critism was the price at £56.94 including delivery, but this was propably down to Karcher than espares. Incidentally my new hose was 9m long replacing a 7.5m hose that came with the Washer. The extra length was a bonus. In all, a good purchase and an excellent Service. I will highly recommend espares to anybody wiyhout hesitation. E. Sophocleous

  The product was of excellent quality if a little expensive. This was due to the manufacturer and not e spares. Ordering the product was difficult but i got, excellent help from the staff. Initially the wrong product was supplied but I was given a voucher to return the product and was sent diagrams to identify the correct one by email. Staff responded immediatley to my problem and were professional and friendly
