  I have bought these parts on a couple of previous occasion, overall I think the product is excellent value for money - just not very easy to fit especially when I have small hands and I am not very strong, being a female. However I would definitely recommend the item and also e-spares to my friends and family. Thank you.

  EXCELLENT PRODUCT & VERY QUICK SERVICE 15 March 2016

  The product is fine, delivery excellent - the fitting is the fault of Dyson who make it so difficult for a new belt to be fitted. You need to be a bodybuilder to have the strength to handle the belt and the vacuum cleaner so I got a man to do it for me.

  Your online site was easy to negotiate. It was very clear which products were for which appliance. The price for the product and the postage was less than expected. It was posted and received in good time. The online videos were very helpful and so the product was easy to fit. Excellent service - thanks One small problem with the ordering for - it doesn't tell you that you can have a different delivery address from the billing address until nearly the end. That might put a few folks off.
