  I thought I was going to need a new oven,but before I committed to buying one I thought I would do some research.to my delight I found it was just the thermostat! Although the manufacturer does not make that model now I was able to get a replacement from espares and with the instructional video from their website was able to fix it in 15 minutes!and I am no electrician.what a result my oven is working better than before.

  Emailed the team to check my part requirement, had a quick response and placed the order, parts arrived promptly and were straight forward to fit, had some advice from the website video, although its not the same when your cooker has a hob!! But it gave some good tips... Used the the service from espares before, and will use them again no doubt. Thanks to the team....

  Diplomat ADP5820 to hot 05 March 2013

  Access tricky to work out without repair manual but easy to change when you get into it. Genuine part quite expensive but did not want problems trying to fit cheaper alternative. Now fixed and working fine. Delivered quickly by espares, would certainly use again.

  Quick and easy fix 19 June 2010

  Bought the thermostat for the main oven - it had been out of action (just getting hotter and hotter) for a couple of months - so it seemed about time to fix it ! The install was pretty simple - had to take the control knobs and the front panel off the cooker, as well as the back panel. I also had to loosen the side panels (careful not to bend them too much) so I could properly route the connection to the main oven. The electrical connection was just a couple of spade connectors - the old unit needed a small screwdriver to pop off the back of the control knob assembly - the only other tool I needed was a phillips screwdriver. Very happy with this purchase - it was a lot cheaper than a new cooker !

  Saved the day as oven used frequently. 11 November 2008

  Unable to find the part on the website I e mailed with my problem. A very helpfull gentleman phoned me and found the part. Home in three days! Slightly tricky to fit but after taking note of other terminals and releasing them everything went smoothly.
