  Found the item i needed with no problem and easy to see it would fit my appliance. Super fast delivery well packed. My oven was back up and running less than 24 hours after a worked out the problem. Great how to video for people unsure of how to do the job. Great service from start to finish.   Xmas saved 24 December 2020

  6:30pm on 23rd, main fan oven element blew. Ordered replacement at 7:15pm, dispatched that evening and delivered just after 10am next morning (Xmas eve). Fitted by 10:30 & Xmas turkey on the go!!! Superb customer service at this time of year and in the current difficulties.
