  EXCELLENT - JUST WHAT I NEEDED 04 November 2009

  Desperately needed a new freezer basket after the other one split and was being held together with tape so came across this website and phoned them up to enquire about a replacement. Guy who answered phone was very helpful and gave me the correct product number to check the item out myself on the website. I paid securely thru the site and within a couple of days, the item arrived by courier, well packed and brand new. Within minutes, the old basket was in the bin and the new one in its place. Perfect!
