  Poor quality and expensive. 24 September 2015

  This is my second element in 2 years. Purchased this genuine Electrolux part at double the cost of a compatible part believing it would be of high quality and last at lease 5 years but it didn't. These parts are supplied with no manufacturers markings or packaging, so may be they are a cheaper compatible part.

  BRILLIANT SERVICE 17 March 2014

  When our cooker failed to heat up I went to your website. It told me exactly which element to choose and directed me to a simple video showing how to install. The element arrived precisely on time, was exactly the right one, simple to fit and the oven worked. What more could you ask for. Many thanks.
