  Web site very user friendly. As a non-electrician I was able to locate and identify the part I wanted very easily. As a result of reviews, being a novice with cooker repairs, opted for makers part. Excellent service, part easy to fit. Oven now working again. Dread to think what a service engineer would have charged me.

  The service was very good easy to use web site i found the part i was looking for very easily. Prompt delivery with notification of when to the part had been despatched by email. Clear instructions on how to fit it and what tools etc was required. They even followed up to find out if i was satisfied. I would recommend it
