  Even though the oven element was out of stock at time of ordering, I was kept fully informed about the timescale regarding the order. it arrived a week or so later and proved easy to fit. Video showing the fitting of element on company`s website proved useful. Full marks to espares!!

  Watched the installation video before buying, gave me confidence that the fitment was straightforward without removing the whole oven. Turn off electricity. Removing and refitting the oven door is simple with a small flat-blade screwdriver. Remove the cover plate and the element, compare new element with old and then fit, being careful not to lose the wires out of reach, reassemble. Test by placing a jug of water in oven, set thermostat to 100C and set oven temperature to 100+C and admire your work.

  I used espares a while ago, when the circular element in my fan oven failed, so, when it failed again, I did not hesitate to contact them once more. I had an error occur when ordering on-line, so phoned them for assistance. Most helpful, the operative informed me of the correct part, availability and cost. I ordered and correct part arrived promptly. I fitted it easily, using one of their 'How To' help videos. Two weeks on and oven works like new. I have to mind not to burn things now! Espares are an incredibly welcome find. I sincerely recommend trying them for your components, as their knowledge base seems expansive and their help readily imparted.

  The oven element was replaced in July 2015, and failed after 10 months. I just this replacement element is better. Can not rate product any higher because of low confidence in product
