  Minor fit issue 07 October 2014

  The spacing of the screw clips around the element did not match the holes in our oven carcass however there was enough of a match for me to get a secure attachment. Whilst the review is meant to cover the product the service provided by eSpares is excellent and worth noting.

  Easy to fit, job done. 21 September 2014

  Replacing same element that was changed nearly 3 years ago. Hoped it would last a bit longer but oven is used every day. Very simple to fit and hopefully good for another 3+ years. Only given 4 stars based on longevity of previous part.

  Works well 26 December 2013

  Heating element arrived in 2 days as promised, Fitting in Zanussi cooker was reasonably straightforward although I had to take practically every screw in the back of the cooker off to be able to remove the element. It seems to be functioning well at present, we'll see how it does over the whole Christmas period. We have been able to cook the turkey successfully which is great. I only have one slight complaint, that the fixing tabs on the element were slightly out of place and I wasn't able to use all 4 screws ( got 3 screwed in), but I think it is well enough held not to cause any problems

  Zanussi Fan Oven Replacement Element 17 December 2013

  I found this quite easy to fit. One tip I would offer is to tie a length of string around the push on terminals after removing the element securing screws and before disconnecting the old element as the leads on my cooker are quite short and it is very easy for the wires to slip back through the holes in the oven back plate. The string makes it easy to retrieve should this happen.

  Ready for Christmas 11 December 2013

  Wife reports oven door had "Blown Open" checked and found no power to cooker ,reset cooker circuit breaker main oven fan working but oven not heating up !! Switch off power to cooker found element defective . Order replacement from espares prompt delivery fit element as per video job done Did not have to purchase New Cooker just prior to Christmas "Bank Account happy ,wife happy that my Mother in Law will now be staying to have have a hot Christmas Dinner !!!

  Carefull with those screws!! 27 November 2013

  The only problem you will have is removing the old element,only 4 screws hold the cover and 3 the original element,just hope the oven is clean and use a decent screwdriver..remove the two spade connections and give them a little nip when you re- connect and the new element fits back in. took me 25 mins to get the old element out..because if you shear the screw heads your stuffed!!!and 3 mins to put in the new!!

  This is the second time I've bought this product, the first time was around 3 years ago. Delivery was on time and the product itself was as ordered. The only difference this time was that a couple of additional brackets have been added that meant it would no longer fit my oven, these were easily bent out of the way.
