  bit difficult to fit 02 December 2016

  The spray arm is excellent and was easy to fit but the other piece was impossible to locate properly on the lugs on the part at the back. Am using it successfully without the renewing the other piece.

  Just what I wanted 04 October 2016

  Came with everything including the attachment at the back of the dishwasher. Its easy to take the top basket out and fit the upper washer arm. You just need to be careful to get the top basket at the right height when you re install. I have been unable to detach the old piece right at the back and therefore have not been able to clip the new piece in. I am a bit worried about breaking something!!

  Reasonable purchase. 13 May 2014

  Product packaged poorly.Came in an envelope which was holed at one end. A complimentary pen ( nice touch ) was brken into several pieces thus confirming that given the arm is made of plastic should have been boxed for delivery. The arm was dificult enough to fit and a universal part was not needed for my machine- this should be pointed out in the instructions that the part may not be suitable for all machines. Otherwise the arm is working. Overall about 7 out of 10.

  Does the job - at a price 21 July 2012

  I can't fault E-Spares service and delivery for this Siemans dishwasher spray arm. The part worked well and was easy to fit and the video on the website was useful. My only gripe is why does it have to be so expensive - for a simple generic plastic part the price seems over the top.

  First replacement spray arm kit. 25 November 2011

  The replacement spray arm kit was received safely and quickly. The original arm was a little harder to get off then showed on the video but the new one was reasonably easy to fit. The video was most helpful.

  Easy(ish) to fit. Good Value 18 February 2011

  Arrived promptly. Tip :- Make sure that you know the Serial number of your Dishwasher before fitting the upper spray arm, as this will be a factor in whether to use the spacer or not. Instructions easy to follow, but do not describe accurately the amount of effort in removing the other part from the back of the dishwasher. Once that part was off, the new part was easy to click on.
