FOUND THE VIDEO CLIP OF HOW TO FIT THIS PART VERY USEFUL - THE SMALL SECTION WHICH FITS TO THE PIPE AT BACK OF MACHINE WAS DIFFICULT TO CHANGE OVER - V TIGHTLY FITTED- THE VIDEO CLIP GAVE ME CONFIDENCE TO USE MORE FORCE

As a pensioner I am very reluctant to make any kind of purchase that I havent had the chance to inspect,therefore I was more than a little relieved that my dishwasher spares actually arrived, and that they were at least as good a quality as originals,Fitting instructions straight forward and everything snapped together perfectly. Arrived promptly. Tip :- Make sure that you know the Serial number of your Dishwasher before fitting the upper spray arm, as this will be a factor in whether to use the spacer or not. Instructions easy to follow, but do not describe accurately the amount of effort in removing the other part from the back of the dishwasher. Once that part was off, the new part was easy to click on.

First replacement spray arm kit. 25 November 2011
The replacement spray arm kit was received safely and quickly. The original arm was a little harder to get off then showed on the video but the new one was reasonably easy to fit. The video was most helpful.
