  Quick service - great video 25 February 2014

  Mother-in-law managed to break the spray arm - was not sure how to replace it, so watched the video on the website - the new arm arrived in under the 3 days delivery I paid for, and was easily fitted. Espares would always be my first choice.

  Works perfectly 09 January 2014

  The dishwasher was not washing properly. I found the the upper arm was not turning because of wear in the bearing which allowed the arm to jam against the back of the cabinet. The new arm has restored the dishwasher to full effectiveness.

  Prompt Delivery and Good Product 03 September 2013

  The ordering and delivery were excellent with regular text updates on delivery time. Delivery exactly within the hour as promised! Product as expected. Nice video on how to fit but somewhat simpler in the video than in practice! Quite difficult to remove the old backing piece from the rear of the dishwasher with ".....a flat head screwdriver". Some more clarification/elucidation of this step in the process would be good.

  Thanks for your feedback, It is sometimes difficult to judge the right level of information for the average customer. The part you refer to has clips that need to be prised off the locating pegs, this can be seen clearer by examining the 'new part' before fitting as it can be difficult to see this when fitted. I hope this comment may help others in future.

  Has saved the purchase of another dishwasher 30 August 2013

  Part fits very well, though it was not so easy to fit as in the video as my dishwasher is on the floor not at table height. Managed in the end and now very pleased with my clean dishes. The arm is a tight fit which is perfect.
