We have ordered a number of replacement items for our white goods and have to say espares are excellent. They deliver good quality items quickly and allow life to return to normal!. They have just provided an upper arm / dishwasher spray kit for our 14 year old NEFF, which is still going amazingly well. Also spare parts for our STOVES cooker supplied promptly and functioned well. A great company to use for replacement items, reasonably prices and promptly delivered, wouldn't use anyone else!.

The plastic clips were a bit of a devil to unclip (don't use a sharp screwdriver...) but other than that it's made a great difference to the dishwasher's performance.

Even Bosch doesn't last forever #2 06 June 2014
The dishwasher is ten years old, and the upper spray arm was wobbling about, with signs of rubbing where it had hit the basket. I don't know, but suspected that as the fit was so worn, water/detergent was leaking and not reaching the arm jets with any force. Replacement was not quite as easy as the eSpares video suggested - needed a lot of effort to snap the new connector on, but the new arm went on very easily. See the excellent eSpares video!! Dishwasher now working perfectly.

Quick service - great video 25 February 2014
Mother-in-law managed to break the spray arm - was not sure how to replace it, so watched the video on the website - the new arm arrived in under the 3 days delivery I paid for, and was easily fitted. Espares would always be my first choice.

The dishwasher was not washing properly. I found the the upper arm was not turning because of wear in the bearing which allowed the arm to jam against the back of the cabinet. The new arm has restored the dishwasher to full effectiveness.

video makes it look easy but ... 20 October 2015
Had to buy this because the clip in the arm broke and the old arm kept dropping off. Also wash was not as good. I had an email with the 10% discount offer so a good time to order and it was delivered in a day and a half so thanks espares for the usual excellent service. From the video it looked really easy. However remember that in the video the machine is at head height and easilly reached into. Not so straightforward when you're on your hand and knees and the door is stopping you from being where you want to be. Release of the metal clips was not a problem, but removing the plastic mounting was something else. After a lot a swearing I finally got it fitted however and the machine is currently doing its first cycle. It seems to be quieter, so I suppose that the old spray bar was worn. Not too bad an experience on the whole.
