Received lower door seal within a couple of days of ordering,i had watched the online video so had a basic idea of what i was doing it could not have went better. It took me about an hour from start to finish, the dishwasher is now working perfectly thanks to e-spares.

It was either a new machine or replace this door seal.The video was great and with some photos,the job was done. The lip on the botom plastic liner distorts with age/heat so I suggest that this is checked periodically which can be done by just taking the outer door skin off.

I bought a lower door seal. The ease which I could verify the seal was the correct one for our machine, and the video demonstrating how to fit it was excellent. This convinced me to try to fit it. Our machine was slightly different to the one in the video, but all the principles were the same. I succesfully fitted it.

Bosch lower dishwasher seal 06 March 2013
Once I had the right dishwasher model (which was nowhere to be found on the dishwasher itself), it was very easy to find the correct replacement part on the site. The price was great and delivery quick. This isn't an easy item to replace if you've never done it before, however the YouTube video on the site made the whole process much simpler. Dishwasher has now stopped leaking so I have a happy wife again.

I cannot think of a more efficient service. To have the video on YouTube to install the door seal was so good, & to have delivered next day AND an update on my mobile of "between 10.15 - 11.15 a.m." and it arrives at 10.45 a.m.. All firms should take a leaf out of E-Spares's book, what a smoothly run country we'd have!
