Purchased one of these bulbs from another web site (cheaper) but it turned out to be the wrong shape. Also bought cheaper ones from elsewhere which didn't last more than a week!. This bulb is a perfect replacement for the original one which came with the oven. A good example of you pay for what you get. PS. The shape of the lamp is important as the large round lamps don't fit my AEG oven. Very pleased with this purchase.

Not the cheapest of its type because of the shape,round bulbs cheaper but do not fit.Purchased 2 first one blew when fitted.Possibly because awaiting door in open position as power came on bulb blew. Arrived very quick no complaints there.... Will purchase again when required.....

Very pleased with this bulb. I'd looked on several websites before finding the 40 watt/230 V 300 degree heat-resistant bulb, the same shape as the one I was replacing in my AEG oven. No trouble to fit - and I'm not a young woman! Anyone can do it. Remember to clean the cover while its off for an even brighter light.

A 40w bulb was fitted as original equipment in our Electrolux oven, but can only find 25w replacement in the shops! This 40w bulb is far better and recommended.

Oven Bulb for AEG Oven 20 October 2014
Easy to fit, now I have light in the oven, but how long will this one last. The AEG oven seems to consume bulbs, so fingers crossed for this one.
